Ankor Tread Return & Refund Policy

At Ankor Tread, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your boots do not fit or are not what you expected, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient.

1. Return Window & Eligibility You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and original packaging

  • Free from dirt, damage, odor, or signs of outdoor wear

  • Returned with all tags, inserts, and accessories included

Note: Boots that have been worn outdoors, used on jobsites, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used boots

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

3. How to Start a Return (IMPORTANT) Please DO NOT send any items back to the sender's address on your original package. That is our logistics facility and they cannot process returns or issue refunds. Returns sent without prior approval will be lost and cannot be refunded.

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (to verify it is unworn, or to show defects)

Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct US-based return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a free replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Exchanges & Sizing If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, please email us before ordering so we can help you choose the best fit.

7. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ankortread.com. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard return after delivery.

8. Refunds Processing Once we receive and inspect your return at our authorized facility, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

9. International Duties & Fees If applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or additional delivery fees charged by local authorities or carriers are strictly non-refundable.
