Ankor Tread Shipping Policy
At Ankor Tread, our mission is to deliver premium, industrial-grade work boots without the retail markup. To achieve this, we cut out the middlemen and ship your orders directly from our global manufacturing facility to your doorstep.
By shipping factory-direct, we save on warehousing and retail costs—and we pass 100% of those savings directly to you.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: We conduct strict quality control checks on every pair of boots before they are packed, ensuring they meet our heavy-duty standards.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently offer shipping to the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note: While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or high-volume carrier periods.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ankortread.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped to the United States, typically no additional customs duties are charged for orders under $800. However, Ankor Tread is not responsible for any unexpected customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos at support@ankortread.com. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the local carrier. We are not liable for packages that are stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
